SHIPPING & RETURNS
Standard shipping on domestic items is 3-5 business days from order date. This includes our 1-2 business days for processing plus 2-3 business days for delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 1-2 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
International shipping is 5-7 business days. This does include our 1-2 business days for processing. Excludes orders for Martinque, Barbados, Bermuda, New Zealand, Haiti, which incurs a 5-7 business day shipping.
There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. Icon Swim is not responsible for any of these charges. The shipping charge only covers the shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates, as Customs can delay your package for reasons beyond our control.
If you refuse a shipment from KRT Cycling or a shipment is undeliverable, you are still responsible for the cost of the merchandise, the original shipping charges, any import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to KRT Cycling. Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 3 days of receipt date and in unused condition for a refund. Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from www.KRTCycling.com. Apparel purchases including but not limited to K.R.T / Q.R.T Memberships will be refunded to an original credit card. Refunds can take up to 14 days to post to your account after email return confirmation or plan cancellation email is received. If you have purchased from a K.R.T via door to door they must also arrange your return or exchange. If on receipt of your product you are uncertain about your purchase, please keep your item in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.
All returns for refund or exchange should be both unwashed and unworn.
Please ensure the return order is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
