Thank you for signing up to volunteer! We appreciate you offering your time to make the Royal Weekend a positive experience for everyone in attendance. That's #strengthinnumbers in action! As a token of gratitude for your efforts, each volunteer will receive a free KRT/QRT dri-fit KRT/QRT T-shirt. Please select the activity you're interested in volunteering for and the time blocks associated with them. Reach out to the admin team on Slack if you have any questions.

Departments

Event setup includes but is not limited to the following:

- Installing event signs & displays

- Merchandise Preparation

- Setting up tables and chairs, etc.

- Loading and unloading merch and food products

Registration Table Attendant includes but is not limited to: 

- Kindly welcoming all guests 

- Ensuring all guests are checked-in for the weekend 

- Providing all registered guests with a wristband and a swag bag

- Providing all guests with a KRT Royal Weekend t-shirt 

Support and Gear includes but is not limited to the following:

- Providing tools and bike support along the 50- or 30-mile route

- In case of emergency, offer cyclists a ride back to the meetup location

Social Media Content Management includes but is not limited to the following:

- Capturing cyclists and tagging & posting on our IG stories

- Capturing audience testimonials & posting on our IG stories

- Capturing overall experience and take over 

Merch Table includes but is not limited to the following:

- Tracking inventory of all products

- Completing product transactions with customers

Being a ride leader includes but is not limited to the following:

- Leading a group of 50+ cyclists throughout Philadelphia, PA 

- Maintaining a pace 13 - 17 mph on flats and 4 - 6 mph uphill 

- Calling and signaling (to the rest of group) what's ahead, road issues, turns, etc.

Being a ride sweeper includes but is not limited to the following:

- Monitoring the back of the group of cyclists to ensure safety at all times

- Ensuring no cyclists are left behind or dropped 

Donations

We are currently accepting donations of perishable and non-perishable goods to provide to our guests during Royal Weekend. If you are willing and able to donate any of the following items, we would greatly appreciate it! We will contact you via phone to arrange for pickup or dropoff.
